Our song “Griffith Park Fire” will be included on “What is Happening…,” a compilation of fine local music and the first release by Big Whup Industries. The compilation also includes music by Big Whup (featuring members of Pizza!) and Dnonkong (also a member of Pizza!). So we’re obviously quite excited about it!
Free copies of the 23-track compilation will be available at the release party at the Smell this Saturday, Sept 19th. There will also be live performances that night by Big Whup, So Many Wizards, Voice on Tape, Nicole Kidman and the illustrious American Gil & the Major Dudes. Unfortunately it’s American Gil’s final show.
